About the Author

Rafaela Ferraresi is half-Brazilian, half-Italian, raised in Brazil, married to a Canadian man with Persian roots.

She studied International Relations in Germany, where she lived for six years and overcame numerous cultural shocks. She currently lives in London, United Kingdom, pursuing a Master's in Social and Cultural Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

It was mainly while working at Ericsson and Ernst & Young in Düsseldorf, Germany, that she learned about the relevance of managing cultures in the workplace.

Her dream is to bridge intercultural divides by bringing awareness to global differences and teaching diverse perspectives.
