E-Book Purchases:

Our Commitment: We stand behind every purchase. If something's wrong with your order, email contact@pegeglobal.com and we'll fix it. Below is how EU law applies to digital products, and why things work differently than they do for physical goods.

1. Instant Delivery and Withdrawal Rights

E-books are delivered immediately upon purchase. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, online shoppers have a 14-day withdrawal period ("cooling-off period") to cancel a purchase. Because digital files are considered a service and can be accessed, copied, and used the moment they're downloaded, the law treats them differently.

Before delivery, you must confirm that you want to receive the file immediately and that doing so waives your 14-day withdrawal right.

2. Refunds After Download

Once you've confirmed this and your download has started, the standard 14-day change-of-mind refund no longer applies. This differs from returning a physical item, which is why we disclose it clearly before purchase, not after.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Files

This does not affect your right to receive a working, correct file. If your e-book is corrupted, the wrong title, or never arrives, email contact@pegeglobal.com and we'll issue a replacement or refund.

4. Before You Buy

Check the product description and confirm your device supports the file format before completing your purchase. If you're unsure, message us first; we're happy to help.
